Where do you ship?

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on orders of $69 or more and $6.99 on orders under $69. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take?

Our estimated standard shipping transit time is 7 to 10 business days, after order processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We send tracking information by email once it is available.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Email support@cuddleandglow.com first so we can send return instructions. See our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us at support@cuddleandglow.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos. You will not pay return shipping for a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item.

Do you offer multi-item savings?

Yes. Buy 2 items and save $9.99, or buy 3 or more and save $19.99. The discount applies automatically in your cart and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Are your heated products medical devices?

No. They are comfort products and are not intended to diagnose, treat or relieve any medical condition. Always follow the instructions that come with your order.
