Cuddle & Glow is a trade name operated by Juan Pedro Franco, a sole proprietor established in Spain ("Cuddle & Glow", "we", "us", or "our").

Cuddle & Glow Gift Cards are subject to the specific terms displayed on the applicable Gift Card product page.

Gift Cards may be used only for eligible purchases from Cuddle & Glow and are not general-purpose payment cards.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, images, design elements, and other materials, are owned by Cuddle & Glow, licensed to us, or otherwise used with the appropriate rights or permissions.

Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
